- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 cups frozen unsweetened strawberries
- 1 cup chopped cucumber
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 1 banana, cut into chunks
- 1 apple, chopped
- ⅔ cup water
- ½ cup ice cubes, or as desired
- 1 tablespoon flax seed, or to taste (Optional)
Blend spinach, strawberries, cucumber, carrots, banana, apple, water, ice cubes, and flax seed together in a blender until smooth.
