High Protein Bread

A very good high protein bread. I use it for sandwiches and toast.

Ingredients:

  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1 cup bread flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • ¼ cup soy flour
  • ¼ cup powdered soy milk
  • ¼ cup oat bran
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water

Directions:

Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select basic medium or regular setting; press Start.


Prep time: 10 mins / Cooking time: 2 hrs 30 mins / Total time: 2 hrs 40 mins

Serving: 10 / Yield: 1 – 1 pound loaf
